Doing some heavy database queries and stat checking to figure out the points for our Turkey Day achievements and awards. A lot won't be final until after Sunday and Monday because of the ability to include one Sun/Mon game in a qualifying challenge. I'll start throwing out some (what I find) interesting stats.
- 168 qualifying challenges
- 125 used all three Thu games, 43 used the 2 of 3 option
- I was the challenger the most times at 22, patwat and Wilfordisland next at 20 each
- Wilfordisland accepted the most challenges at 13, then cwill0303 with 11, TheKommish with 10
- Wilforkisland with the most wins by 14+ points (so far) with 9
- Wilforkisland with the most wins by 28+ points (so far) with 5, but a few people with 4
- Longest pass TD goes to Tony Romo... drafted by patwat 8 times, more than double the next closest
- Longest rush TD goes to Justin Forsett (*cough* bull---- *cough*)... drafted one time (!) by cwill0303
- Longest receiving TD goes to Dez Bryant... drafted by Wilforkisland 12 times, then patwat with 8, DLFootball with 6
- Player who draws longest defensive PI is Dez Bryant (he was huge in our Turkey Day Challenge)... drafted 12 times... as above
- Player(s) who get 10 solo tackles or 2 plus sacks or turnover plus TD goes to all of J.J. Watt, Cliff Avril, Anthony Spencer, Stephen Tulloch, Steven Gregory... no one drafted Avril or Gregory, but robmcangus drafted some combination of the other three 9 times
- Mystery player #1 was ... drum roll ... Mikel Leshoure, and he scored... drafted 7 times by laoch and 7 times by me
- Mystery player #2 was ... Aaron Hernandez... drafted 15 times by Wilforkisland. Okay, that one didn't work out so well for him.
- Mystery player #3 was ... Dez Bryant... it would have really been something if he came down with that third TD
- No one drafted Romo and blocked Brady, the top two scoring QBs for the week. Romo, Brady and RGIII were all extremely close.
